Despite a sign saying a range of cask ales was sold here, this was not true when we visited, they only had just a couple of different bottles of beer on offer, if you drank larger however, you would be well catered for. The food we had was not the best, the beef and ale pie was lacking in beef, they had no garden peas so offered bake beans instead which they served with mash and unapertising carrots.

Just had a perfect meal we all had the carvery. Unbelievable food the meat and veggies were top notch. The staff were amazing and were so friendly. The fact that you allowed a last minute addition to the group and also put us in a quiet spot due to my anxiety issues

The food was freshly cooked. My wife ordered the all-day breakfast, and I ordered the chip shop platter. Everything was piping hot. And the service was fast and friendly.

Nothing was too much trouble, Everyone was really friendly and great atmosphere.

Came with family for a birthday meal , very disappointed meat & veg all dried up, stuffing rock hard seems it had been left out all day ! Won’t be returning any time soon !

Very good restaurant! First time at it and i’m very surprised by the quality of the food and the service. The team members are very kind, fun and welcoming. The food is served fast. The only negative point was the fact that lots of dessert were not available and as out of stock (probably just a sign that they’re so good they’re sold out). Would come back again, gladly!

On this occasion was really busy and couldn't order what I wanted. As out sold out. But overall satisfactory. Very surprised on size of slice of cake. We could not finish it. Little dry but tasty. Staff very helpful and friendly.

First review Early Feb 2025:Brilliant breakfast. So good we ordered trimmings for dinner.
2 weeks later: Aweful, cold, stodgy and beans poured over scrambled eggs. Half the portion size of last time too. Customers who dined in were also complaining on leaving. The worst breakfast ever today. Please do better, and invite me back when you get the clear issues sorted.
